After reeling in your catch, explore miles of hiking and biking trails, challenge yourself on the ropes course and climbing tower (open spring through autumn), or tackle the woodland trail system for ATV adventures (rentals available nearby; no private ATVs allowed).

Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Guests must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by the Host (property manager), or entry information cannot be sent.
- Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person reserving must be the same person signing the agreement and must be one of the guests staying at the property during the reserved dates.
Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet per night. Maximum of 2 mature, well-trained dogs only.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
Fees and Payments
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development. For this home, it is $35 per night (maximum $175).
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee (see detailed cancellation policy above).
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
Parking Information
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March. Chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Free parking is available for guests.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)

- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (summer concerts May-November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun, hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and Wine served
- Eagles Nest Winery: Day passes available onsite for $25.00 each; HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p, Sat & Sun 1p-7p; All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Eagles Nest is a developing community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the property.
Other Critical Details
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are welcome to attend. In the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
